Almost everyone experiences back pain at some time in their lives. For me, and I suspect for most, back pain is surprisingly debilitating and ridiculously persistent. The good news is there are products to help manage back pain or even eliminate it all together.
If your low back pain doesn’t go away after a few days, or you’ve been injured, feel leg tingles, numbness or weakness, call your doctor or chiropractor. But for routine, mild back pain, you can usually reduce the pain on your own.
